At Born in Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal registration to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Stockholm warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
